Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 22, 2026
Assurance Network ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect on this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- What you give us: your name, phone number, email address, state and ZIP code, and the type of coverage you are interested in. On our Medicare page we also ask about your Medicare status and preferred call time.
- Your permission record: the exact permission-to-contact wording you agreed to, the date and time, your IP address and browser details. If enabled, a third-party consent certificate (TrustedForm by ActiveProspect) records how the form was completed.
- Website analytics: basic information about your visit, such as the page you came from and the ad or campaign that brought you here.
How we use your information
- To contact you about the insurance coverage you asked about, by the methods you agreed to.
- To prepare for your appointment, such as comparing options that fit your needs.
- To keep records required by law and by the insurance companies we work with.
- To understand which of our ads work, without sending your personal details to advertising platforms.
We do not sell or share your information
We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with other agencies, marketers or lead buyers. If you choose to apply for a plan, we share the information needed for your application with that insurance company only.
Calls and recordings
Calls with us may be recorded for quality and compliance purposes. Your first call may be placed or answered by an automated assistant, which will tell you that it is automated and connect you with a licensed agent.
Your choices
You can withdraw your permission to be contacted at any time. Tell us on any call, call (804) 621-1435 or email hello@assurance-network.com, and we will stop contacting you. You can also ask us to see, correct or delete your information.
Cookies
This site uses a session cookie to protect the form from abuse. If advertising tools such as the Meta Pixel or Google tag are enabled, they may set cookies to measure ad performance. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
How we protect your information
Your information is sent over an encrypted connection and stored on secured servers with access limited to our staff.
Children
This website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18.
